I think you should stick with that hairstyle, it suits you pretty well. You might want to get some curls done or something, I don't know...the hair looks a bit 'plain' now. If some work was done to it, you would look pretty amazing.Would I look good with Black hair? (picture included)?

I think you should maybe get weave so you can make your hair more fuller..
then you should arch your eyebrows because, you just cant let your eyebrows get full like that..

Based on your photo I have few things to suggest:
If you go black:
you may have to wear foundation. I say this because I dont have the same skin type you do, but we do have the same tone and darker hair tends to make this tone of skin look harsher. Does that make sense? Dark hair would be good for your eyes but not your skin tone. Also, you would have to ask someone at a salon to do some shaping to your brows to lessen the harshness effect as well.
If you go BLONDE:
It tends to brighten your face up and not make everything look as harsh.
I say this with honesty. I have tried blonde, red and dark brown and with our skin tones, going blonde requires less maintenance for the rest of the face when you dont have the time or are going to sweat like crazy at the gym.

Well I will be honest with you, no the colour black does not suit you at all.
If you want something new try a darker shade of brown. It will enrich your look. And maybe a different haircut that suits the shape of your face. You hair is very fine so i would get layers and maybe even a nice bang :)
no! u have pretty hair...dont do it trust me i've died my hair black since liike 8th grade and soo hard to take off! if u want a diff look try a dark brown but no shades of black TRUST ME!

No - you are fair, I would try something to brighten up the look maybe highlights and an asymetrical bang would look cute.
Do something with your eyebrows also -maybe see a professional aesthetician.

-use more makeup
now, try it kind of a really dark brown, almost black.
