Suggestions for my blue/black hair... (picture included)?

I just dyed my hair blue/ black and I was wondering, what colour eyeshadow and make-up I should wear? Thanks for your advice !

With that color you can go really dramatic, with deep red lips and subtle eyes, OR use just a gloss on the lips and go all out with deep smokey eyes. The key is to pick one or the other to focus on.Suggestions for my blue/black hair... (picture included)?
